It's post valentine syndrome today woke up early for school and everything.. Got more depressed when balwant said that next week would be the last lec sighssss if only prelims weren't round the corner, everything would seem much happier! Oh well.

Spent the evening out w b for our first valentine's ytd <3 although there were quite some mishaps gg back home like b missed the last train and Polaroid almost died @.@ it was a memorable day out the first time I got flowers from b! And they're the non dying kind somemore hahaha✌

To my awesome b, here's a message in lieu of valentine's and our upcoming 6th month tgt :

Remember one time when I tweeted this "I must confess, I still believe" they were lyrics from Britney spears baby one more time. You asked me what I meant but I said I would tell u next time and u replied saying I sure forget right! I didn't! Hahaa! Before, I was someone afraid to be broken.. Seriously I was scared and I felt I was being unfair to you cos i saw how much effort you were putting in.. But slowly, I got to know you for who you are, know your friends, your family and I start to believe I can trust you with my heart. So I confess, I really do still believe in love and one that only makes us stronger and happier :) we aren't the perfect girl/boyfriend cos we don't need to be I just want us to be happy tgt even if things get tough (like the dreaded exams) or when times aren't as good or when either of us is sick/sian/sad. Thank you for always being here for me and doing all you can for me to be happy. I love you b! <3

The second day of the new year we went to Yin Laoshi hse to bainian! Acty in the mornz we were supposed to go to bliss and wis cos I thought we gg YLS hse on chusan i am damn blur like seriously ok anw! We took lots of pics at his hse and Qiaofang v free edited alot and so here are some pics! P.S Some are rly funny hahaha

And went to Aunty Sabrina's hse after that for lunch. Then to my dad's eldest bro hse then to my dad's eldest sis hse for dinner! Baby anders is so adorable w his uber round eyes!

Today will be b coming over at arnd 12plus provided he wakes up in like 15 mins time! Haha then off to his place to bainian to his parents :)

Am in school now on a sat morn.. It's not so bad acty if I dont need to go perf later :/ anw! Ytd went to Nakhon w Kuan and Sia it is a rly good Thai food place and rly affordable! Their mango sticky rice is the best! Yumzz love the uniqueness of the combi of warm rice and the mango with the coconut yumyumyum!

On the train back to paris nowz legs are aching w a cut at the back of my left foot seriously painful when the edge of my shoe cut into it till it bled and even stained my new shoe! Argh!

But had a happy time shopping with b for cny clothes part 2! We each got sth! He got two tshirts that are like rly cute! If he wears out I'll take a pic and post it here! One's like Captain America and the other's Donald duck which is really cute! And it's a white top w red words so it's like not too red boomz for cny but also appropriate for cny yay haha I'm like rambling on and on hor. Okay so what I got from bugis street cos it's just so cheap and so spoilt for choices was this 2bucks bangle and a light green top and a peach coloured stretchable dress! Happy colours🌈 cos just so happy although can only meet b once this week :/ just so busy this week the both of us! Sighzz oh and I'm gg back to run! And swim? Hahaa cos I had alot to eat just now and feeling like a fattyy later new clothes can't fit hahahha

Feels so busy these days! Since coming back from hainan like nonstop action! Even though 2012 is so new now, it feels like I'm busier than ever! School, performances and all the assignments and test coming up! How to revise my work and meet b!! Pills hair out! Oh well at least I got to meet b on wed and thurs! He's like super busy too w odac and school. Went to pay exam fees on thurs thank goodness we paid by axs! The queue was like super long! Then off to study! Felt guilty for not studying on wed was supposed to shop AND study! Haha but at least b got some clothes for cny ✌

It's coming to the end of the year! It's been so exciting these days w meetups and celebrations everywhere! First Christmas tgt w B this year! <3 his christmas and new year presents for me!

And my dad bought a Christmas tree back from hainan! Lalalala~ and Christmas present from daddy mummy

Had swensen's w xiongz today! And we both thought there was a Swensen's one for one lunch treat! But turned out that it was a one main for one side promotion instead we both paid feeling so cheated oh wells~ but the chicken mushroom spaghetti was good! Xiongz had his fish and chips which came in such a big portion he couldn't finish it! We had a banana split too so we were like madly full after the meal plus we couldn't finish the fried mushrooms too much foooood alr time to burn off some calories! Ahhhhhh

Hello! I just came back from 放生 dunno how to say in English haha but basically I didn't know we'll travel so far to Lim Chu Kang and take a speedboat to the kelong to release 2096 bucks of fishes! Awesome :) feel so happy for the fishes to have a second chance at life, though I also eat alot of fishes :/ oh well, anw pictures are limited since we were busy being fascinated by the flying fishes at the kelong! This breed of fishes called 牛奶鱼 totally just fly across the waters in a desperate move to live!

An awesome night spent at MBS, a fun time potlucking on xmas eve and an after-dinner taboo at ice cream chefs, and today's lovely birthday lunch with my cute, crazy and cosy family :))))))

2010 is coming to an end and 2011 is beginning.

Looking back, this year has been the most crazy year ever in my nineteen years in this world.

I mean, considering my 2008 and 2009 were like muggeridian years so this year's really a year of ups and downs, tears and joy, fun and laughter, love and heartpain, crazy mad and awesome year. I've learned rather alot this year, many lessons on friendship, love and things beyond what I've ever experienced. It indeed was a roaring year, considering it's the year of the tiger. Haha! I think I've been reading too many astrological and zodiac charts :P

And here, I wanna say my thanks to many people!

My daddy, mummy and my sister who will always be there even though i may be the brattiest family member :P

My cousins from both sides, of course aunties and uncles and a nephew!

My awesome friends like kuan, charm, sia and maps who never fail to brighten my day, inspire me and wash away my troubles :D

My friends like paul, C, Y who lend a listening ear whenever i need them

My ex for the short but happy times tgt

My new friends og11 for a wonderful uni life filled with after-school meals and koi, og outings like the recent one at mbs and of course monopoly deal sessions :)

There, I've counted my blessings and you should too!

First time taking part in the 10 km race cos daddy signed all of us up for it!

Was excited in the morning though we had to wake up super duper early like 5am for the run! Still remembered how I was a volunteer in jc1 when we had to reach there by 2am and caught a late night show at tampines before taking the shuttle to raffles. So super shag that day i slept for a record of 15hours! Being a runner's better! :D But was ttm the hot cos the sun had to choose today to be so big! I think i got darker! x| But don't think i'll wanna run next year again cos

1. I cannot wake up!

2. Everybody's so sweaty and I have to wiggle past everybody to run. Eeks.

3. The run seems NEVER-ENDING

4. High tendency of getting lost cos there're just tons of people wearing the same shirt!

But, it was still a refreshing experience minus all of the above :)

Amazingly, i was still v energetic after the run cos I still went to watch rapunzel with y and went for circuit which made my left knee so tired I had to limp. But had a great dinner at the airport before heading home :))

I was listening to a song on the train and not being emo cos sitting on the train v hard to emo cos the atmosphere is just not right la haha. And this line just kept repeating in my head, "you'll always be a part of me" was an old school song by david cook.

Then, I decided to post this:

The adventure of the foodies! hahahaa although we had to rely on instincts to navigate ourselves, we were super lucky to have found ann siang hill after our fantabulous santouka ramen! :D Its super gooood the soup cos it had the homey feel :)though biefu's one is still my all-time favourite :) Kki serves the most awesome cakes! Though kinabaru's the only one left, it's still super good the mango cream is like so fresh and the cream's like not too gao haha! next me and siazy walked to chinatown cos she remembered they had good eggies there and tadaaa we found liang chen mei dian, this traditional store selling hongky style eggtarts that were gg for 20cents cheaper cos it was after 5. Their eggies were super hua and got substance and their tarts were flaky warm :))) So homey basically that day was a comfort food times 10 day hahaa~

Back from my first ever 3d horror movie which wasn't that horrifying. Still remembered how I ran out of a horror show once! HAHA! But i discovered that rainie yang very pretty! And 3d effects were really cool though the glasses kept sliding off my nose and had to depend on my cheeks to keep them up. Left the theatre with lots of question marks though haha. And I felt cheated today cos I paid 6.50 for maggie mee and egg and some canned food at xin wang hk cafe :((( XW's naicha were nice though had to say. Basically today's money wasn't well-spent sighs. And its past twelve again. Used to be able to sleep early but now I just can't seem to sleep unless I'm tired. Plus I snooze alot now which'sa bad thing but luckily the horror show today's not that scary so at least I'll have higher chance of falling asleep faster :) And as my hair is not dry yet(as always), I shall read my ibm notes cos imma good girl! Nighties!

Hello! I'm blogging again cos I'm like officially glued to my mac watching soci videos which are actually rather interesting! So glad its an open book test tmr or i'll be quite screwed :x

I thought alot yesterday and abit more today after chatting with s ytd. And i was quite glad to realise i wasn't the only one which was kinda comforting..in a sense. Its horrible to feel if there's sth wrong with yourself if you know what i mean. And that the answer wasn't so important anymore once it doesn't matter and everything goes back to natural equilibrium (its econs, oh gosh!). This is what you do after stuffing brain with econs and soci and math zapalang tgt this weekend :s OKAY ALL'S WELL SO PLEASE STAY WELL :D

Learned how to parallel park already like finally during my first 2hr lesson which was super long my leg ached from depressing the clutch for sooo long! Hope I pass! Bukit Timah is just sooo far away! Will be good if I could drive to school :)

Finally had a ramen day with charm, kuan, sia and maps! Couldn't remember the last time ALL of us met! Yes was that long! haha but everyone's so busy now too seems like I'm the slackest now haha! Anw, discovered to new foodie food tips! Pear Sake from island creamery's good! I just suddenly realised I actually have quite lots of school work to catch up on and I haven't been exactly a diligent girl this month :( I shall go be a good girl after this post I sompa hehhehhh. Anyways, I really miss my dear friends! Its so hard to meet cos we're all over the place! So when me kuan and sia got to meet ytd to ramen tgt it was so terribly precious time!! Even skipped half of math lec and ran out of school to meet them early! brings back lots of good memories! And as usual we had our teh tarik session at our usual alfresco area :)))) Hot ginger tea and oatmeal raisin's is the best combo! Hope we get to have more of such precious time! <3!

But had fun performing today for little kids at maris stella today but soci in the afternoon bored me to tears plus lecturer came in HALF AN HOUR LATE! And we ended at the same time. An occupied week running around evrywhere thanks to mooncake festival. Many performances up lately, been awhile since i was involved in so many perfs! Just came back from kallang cc where me and qf side read and freestyled through 15 songs! So fun hahaha plus i get free buffet dinner though its not very nice. Meesiam cannot make it, all the other sides were not nice except for one green colour kinda kueh i dunno the name haha. So to make up for it daddy drove us to eat my favourite tauhway!!!!!!!! YES THE ROCHOR ONE. Omg so excited thinking about it their dou jiang you tiao is ttm the niceeeeeeee my saliva dripping alr haha! Next weekend's gonna be a busy one too cos another perf's coming up sighs....... Okay fighting!!!

Seems like hari raya this year's alot more happening cos everywhere's just SO CROWDED! Maybe its due to me being at the hotspots! haha! So sad can't join map and kuan visiting our ntu friends on thurs :( But still, enjoyed myself that night with og11 :) though our initial plan was at timbre old school but ended up at the glass hse fish and co cos they have this live band too. Was looking forward to the duck pizza at timbre though! Oh wells, next time! My monopoly deal came in useful cos we had to wait like superrr long cos there was just so many people and they were short staffed. TSK. I'll never go there again plus its so hard to talk over the loud music coming from the band. Finally food came at like 930 and I was so famished I swear I could eat a horse ad so for the first time ever, I finished a whole platter by myself! Plus my sides were chips and rice so was like carbo max felt like a pig. And you know what my friends can really eat still went for tau hway at selegie. Couldnt join them though I was way past curfew.

On saturday, I celebrated my last teenage year with my family. Went to yyf to eat dinner my first official dinner there! Haha! And so the cake was naturally from hpf the store beside yyf. I really really like their cake cos its like the cake's not as dense as the usual kinda cake cos there's no egg used! Its my favourite cake apart from ice cream cake now! :D This year my bdae like spread out across a few days, with friends on fri, family on sat and of cos the actual day! My first time blogging from my new lappie! Feels so pretty all white and everything! Haha! Been one week of school but doesn't feel like. Bukit Timah is so frigging BIG how not to get lost few times I almost got lost and many times was almost late. Sigh. Still have to walk up a hill to reach school! Faints! Ytd was econs lec and was almost late luckily I came in in time before my lecturer locked the doors! Phew! But I like my econs lecturer though(: He released us really early that day and so og11 decided to go for lunch but it was raining super heavily so guess what we did! SEVEN PEOPLE(excluding driver) squeezed into C's car!!!!! And many things happened on our way to serene centre it was so funny. First we encountered traffic police, to of them on a motorbike right beside us but they didnt seem to notice us which was a super close shave. W was like "songyun! lean down!" (I was on S(who's a girl i dunno but i just have to put this down haha)'s lap) and he said the same to D who was squashed between W and L. Then, we missed a turn into serene centre so C bravely did a heroic illegal turn and we all were damn amazed haha! So funny! Lunched at macs and then shared a tub of nutella icecream at island creamery before gg for my first tutoring lesson! Memorable day! Am gg out soon for my bdae dinner pics up next time me promise!

My blog so dead already. Today's the first day of school! Didn't really feel like I gg to school at first cos no uniform to wear and lecture was in the afternoon yawned super alot of times in lecture xP

Today was sociology and tmr math (ewwwwww). And and from the bus stop to school have to walk for at least 15mins! Cos there's a slope up somemore!!! Luckily today P's bf fetched us to and fro so no need to walk in or out at all!!!! :D

In lecture today we had to break into groups to discuss some qn and so lucky I met my og mates and didnt have to have the trouble of finding a group heng si hahaha. yay today's a lucky day I shall post some pics before I attempt to read my soci notes!

School's starting but it doesn't seem real. maybe cos the break's been the longest ever and so many things have changed since I graduated. It doen't even seem real that some of my friends have started school in NUS. Sigh. I don't rly look forward to school though I guess I'm afraid of unfamiliarity. Plus this time its gonna be more independent. No more uniforms, no more fixed class, no teachers to nag at us, no more pocket money(yes mummy say i gotta earn myself! how!), so many no mores i feel scared and small suddenly. Its like taking my first step into the beeg world out there and I'm not liking it one bit. So emo I better end here or I cannot sleep again at night.

I can't believe I would travel all the way to jurong just to kill boredom to meet swj and my. Had dtf again before meeting maps and toast for k! Am superrrr sick of jay chou songs now. Plus its emo and draggy most times we like spam jay chou's songs ttm today haha. But toast has the bestest best voice ever! Then went all the way to Bedok 85 to makan. No regrets though had to travel rather abit. Ba chor mee + oyster omelette + sugarcane makes a fantabulous dinner(: I walked back home today but sadly there were no stars these days. So random I know. Nightssss.

Cried watching Stars for a Cause. The tales of the kids at Gansu province were very heart wrenching. They are all younger than me yet they have suffered far far worse stuff in life. And education is their only way out of this fate that they all share. Makes me feel that the problems I face now are so superficial.

Busy wednesday ytd. Met blanchee to go to SP for a survey then went to meet sharon at selena at marina square. While waitin for sharon we randomly went to marvelous creamery. And went to wj's hse to put my stuff cos Blanche, Selena and Sharon catching the sunset view up the flyer! Hoped it was nice(: Then had dinner at Mos with map and wj and went to wander arnd b4 ending up at Starbucks to wait for kuan(: Celebrated map's 19th b4 partying the night awayyyyyyyyy and then had a super early bfast at LPS b4 heading back to sleep for 9 straight hours!

Lately, I'm missing the food I used to have at TPY when I was still working. How my favourite breakfast will always be the sandwiches from breadtalk and a cup of milo all at 3 bucks only! Their bfast set although everytime I go into breadtalk I would be tempted to buy more bread cos I love bread!! HAHA I love how I walk past a bakery and just love the smell of freshly made bread(: And not to mention the cheap and good and plentiful of warm beehoon plus noodle plus cabbage plus coffee from one of the coffeeshops opp ERA. MMMMM... and the nice ban mian... and I think at this rate I should just make a top ten list of the must-eats at TPY haha!!

Super aunty today hair was in a bun, armed with coupons mummy cut out from the newspaper and cheong-ed to ehub to get free movie tickets! Haha had to requeue somemore cos got two coupons HAHA! But damn worth it Prince of Persia was nice but abit complicating need to think alot one haha. Went to watch with toast then went to shoot abit of pictures with my pretty in pink!! Went to my aunt's place today but didnt stay for dinner cos dylan's performing at botanical gardens today. Everyone's grown up alr still remembered how we used to play alot tgt when they were much younger. Past week was eventful from thurs onwards. Got my camera on thurs from far east and shopped unnecessarily too. So broke so broke :( Went for our picnic after eating at DTF haha! Cant resist the zhajiangmian! Then fri was spent with ginny,meizi,kuan and swj. Planned to swim but rained all day so our last min wet weather plan was bfast at ikea, cupwalker at ws, bowling at ehub, nice tomyam for lunch and played monopoly deal at ehub top floor. Had to leave for lesson after that but was a nice cosy day(: Sat was NDP NE show 2 wasnt as excited as last week though cos me and kuan felt the air was rly bad couldnt breathe properly. Hope next sat will be better! Am gonna apply for my pdl tmr! Cos I'm learning driving soooon!! I'm excited but scared and worried at the same time x)

Had a cannot-be-more-normal kinda day today. But I like. Accompanied my granddad to SGH for his blood test. Almost got lost. Saw Jayden today too! Grown quite abit, he can walk and talk abit alr!! He even cried when we had to go he's just wayyyyyy cute!!! Haha, Kuan just told me her wisdom tooth operation tooth process really very scary I remembered how when I was in pri sch and had to extract 4 teeth at one go to put retainers I cried till all the docs have to rush over to pacify me and not scare away their other patients! Haha I think my dad must have felt embarassed, the way I cried! I think more like I howled. I think I'll still cry now if they inject the needle into my gum. My friends are so brave!

Woke up at 8 today and had the whole house to myself so I made myself nice milo and gear up to prepare to become a couch potato all over again. Walked ALOT last night. I must be quite mad to thnk that walking from far east back to plaza sing was a walkable distance....NOT. Watched toy story 3 in 3d ytd it was super niiiice cos its like the CUTEST MOVIE IN THE CENTURY!!! Its just so creative I'm definitely gonna rent toy story 1 and 2! Wj and I went for a shopping spree after that and I, with the immense peer pressure from ms swj, splurged on a pair of super beautiful(but not blister-free) wedges and a pair of super comfy x10 korean sneakers! The sneakers were bought at a very worthy price of 40 bucks cos the shop owner just opened his store at far east and hopes that we will help him be his word-of-mouth advert so here goes:

Shoe store at Far East 1st floor(near the camera shop) selling exotic, pretty, hip and SUPER COMFORTABLE sneakers from brands like vans, skono korea, polo and common brands like nike for very affordable prices. (Their vans are like 50 bucks!!!!!)

Checked out my canon ixus price ytd too! Def gonna get one soon(:(:(:

Today is the first satisfied sunday beacause:

1. I don't have to wake up early cos dizi lesson was cancelled.
2. I don't have to dread wakingg up super early for work the next morning.
3. I won't have mon blues tmr!

HAHA I even napped abit after coming home from sun class. I like marching now! Talked to S.S Lau during our city march haha we really liked talking to him! And we did well during the NE show ytd my heart was beating very very fast cos I didnt know there would be soooo many ppl at the parade ytd! But ytd my contact lens were hurting so had to take them out. Saw blurry faces of mediacorp artistes like gurmit singh and michelle chia! :( But all of us were super excited still and I couldn't help but feel the same haha and and I sang the national anthem! I think I walked the most ytd cos after parade me,wj,sharon and anngee wanted to go soup spoon cos sia still have her craving for ss bt in the end the raffles shopping mall's ss was still closed for renovation so ate at dtf instead. But turns out to be a blessing cos I had the best zha jiang mian everrrr!! Though its my first time eating zha jiang mian haha! And we went in at 9.30 the time when they were supposed to have our last order so we got cross looks from the chefs in the kitchen haha i'm amused! Cos it reminds me of my face when working at era and agents come at 5.59pm to hand in their docs haha. Trained home with sharon and we had a series of unfortunate(but super funny) incidents haha! Am gg to plan my unemployed week tmr! Toodles!

Done alot of eating these days! Haha my mum told me if I can lose two kg she'll gimme twenty bucks! Guess she can save money now haha. Met charm ytd! Missed her tons and was good to talk like old times. Had zi char at pasir ris coffeeshop b4 gg to cupwalker at ehub to just talk(: We realised that we actually grew up quite alot(: Swimming with kuanzy on mon cant wait! Although I cant stay in the chlorinated water for too long it was good to be able to swim agn(: Today, Peili and Serene treated me to Ichiban sushi at tpy! The food's good really comparable to sushi tei! haha my virgin experience(: I realise talking bout lots of food makes me happy haha I had my fave soba as usual and tried some new kinds of sushi peili intro-ed(: Talked alot abt driving during dinner makes me wanna quickly get and instructor and hit the roads! Haha was planning to drive kuan and maple to go sch tgt! HAHA sounds exciting! Okay I'm feeling slpy from all the fooooood alr nightssss.....

PC show was kind of a disappointment ytd cos nth really much captured my eye. Except the prettily coloured vaio lappies that were always blocked by taller ppl. I'm tall just that they're taller. But still, ytd was a well-rested day spent lazing arnd singapore cos I realised how aimless one can be if there's no planning haha! Someone will agree with me if that someone is reading this haha. Freestyle doesn't always work I guess. But still learn alot ytd...like
